Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Slides at slides.yagyaraj.com. By using Slides, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, its activity, and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, slide content, speaker notes, images, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. You must have the rights needed to submit and use your content.

AI and transcription

Slides uses third-party AI and transcription services. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing facts, quotations, calculations, images, accessibility, and licensing before relying on, sharing, or publishing a presentation. Slides is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Slides to:

  • break laws or infringe another person's rights;
  • submit malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
  • interfere with the service or other users;
  • generate deceptive, abusive, or harmful material; or
  • resell or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Third-party services

Slides depends on services including Clerk, Deepgram, PostHog, our configured AI provider, and hosting infrastructure. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. The service may experience errors, interruptions, or data loss. Keep your own copy of important presentations and exported files.

Intellectual property

Slides, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to use our marks except as needed to use Slides.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Slides or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Slides is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of Slides.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to work.yagyaraj@gmail.com.
